Privacy Policy

What a scan collects.
When you run a free report we store the URL you submitted, the pages our crawler fetched from it, the scores and issues we derived, and the time it ran. The free scan does not ask for an email address and has no account attached to it. Paid scans additionally store the email you gave at checkout so the report can be sent, and Stripe — not us — handles the card. We never see or store card numbers.
What we do with it.
We use it to produce your report, to send the things you paid for, and to keep the service working — spotting abuse, debugging failures, and understanding which checks fire most often so they can be improved. We do not sell it, and we do not hand it to advertisers.
Who else touches it.
A small number of processors, each doing one job: Microsoft Azure hosts the application and its database; Stripe processes payments; Microsoft Graph sends the report emails; Microsoft Clarity records anonymised usage of this site. Scanning a URL also means our crawler makes an ordinary read-only request to that site, which will appear in its own server logs.
Your rights, and how to use them.
You can ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the privacy request form or email privacy@onemoreturnventures.com. You do not need an account to make a request, and we will not ask you to create one.

Common questions.
Do I need an account to run a free scan?
No. The free scan asks for a URL and nothing else — no email address, no account and no card. Paid scans collect an email at checkout so the report can be delivered.
How do I get my data deleted?
Use the privacy request form linked above, or email privacy@onemoreturnventures.com. You do not need an account to make the request and we will not ask you to create one.
Do you store my card details?
No. Stripe processes payments and handles card data; we never see or store a card number. What we keep against a paid scan is the email you supplied and the fact that it was paid.
